Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian, born in December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his loving parents. He was the oldest of four children born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her faith in God's grace upon her son at an early age.

The LoveWorld ministry is a collaborative effort between the families. Reverend Ken is his brother and the revered Pastor at Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church. He is also a member the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director for the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry which houses a number of top gospel artists.

Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon follows in her father's example of sharing God's Word to the world. In addition, she is known as CSO, she has been an accomplished, award-winning gospel singer and is part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied in Edo College. He then won a scholarship to study architecture in Bendel State University. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He received a call from God to join the ministry and serve the Lord.
